Work is continuing on a 150-room hotel intended to expand accommodation around Lake Kezenoy-Am. A site update published on 27 October says interior work and exterior cladding in local stone are under way across the seven-block complex. Plans include two pools, two restaurants, a summer café, hammam, sauna, fitness areas and sports-equipment hire. It should not yet be treated as an operating hotel: no opening date, operator, booking channel or prices have been announced.

Published plans describe an eight-storey central building, two seven-storey wings, three single-storey blocks and one two-storey block. The scheme also includes restaurants seating 88 and 174 people and a 108-seat summer café. These figures describe the project scope, not rooms or facilities currently open to guests.
What could change for a Kezenoy-Am trip?
A large new property could broaden options for visitors who want to stay longer by the lake, while restaurants, rentals and indoor leisure facilities may support more year-round use. The timing of that capacity remains unknown, however. For now, trips should be based on confirmed availability at operating properties and current road conditions.
