CECENISTAN.COM is not an official tourism authority, public service or travel agency. It is an independent publishing project that brings together Chechnya's cities, geography, nature, culture, language, cuisine and practical trip preparation. Current politics, political figures, war and conflict are outside our routine editorial expansion; when historical context is necessary, its period and supporting sources are made clear.
Our aim is not to mass-produce thin pages, but to build a reference that answers a reader's question directly and rests on verifiable information and imagery that truly depicts the subject. Search demand alone does not justify a new page. If an existing guide already serves the same intent, it is strengthened; a new dossier is published only when it has its own source, narrative, internal-link and visual depth.
The publication is independent in source selection and editorial judgement. Advertising or a potential commercial relationship cannot buy topic selection, a business's position, the weight assigned to evidence or the conclusion. Advertising code may be enabled technically only on a limited set of separately reviewed long-form articles. If sponsored work is published, it is labelled visibly at the start; payment is not presented as editorial endorsement.
Our method compares primary records, institutional catalogues, museums and archives, scholarship and reliable reference works at the level of each claim. When sources disagree, the difference is not hidden; the reader is told how dates, methods or naming diverge. A trip that did not happen is never narrated as first-hand experience, representative imagery is not treated as documentary evidence, and expert or human approval is stated only when such a review has actually been completed.
