A paragliding cup above Veduchi and Kezenoy-Am

Accuracy-landing stages brought colourful wings to two highland destinations.

A paraglider above the Chechen mountains

Veduchi's slopes and Kezenoy-Am's open horizon hosted the accuracy-landing discipline of paragliding in late June. The event has ended, so this is a vivid page from the region's summer-sports archive rather than a current flying or spectator schedule.

Two stages, two landscapes

Caucasus.RF reports that training and the opening competition flights took place at Veduchi, followed by further stages and the awards at Kezenoy-Am. Accuracy landing is not simply about gliding; it demands a controlled approach to a marked target, placing technical calm alongside the scenery.

Travel inspiration, not flight instruction

The official report says more than 30 selected athletes competed, with participants also arriving from Belarus. That does not imply permission for independent flying. Any paragliding plan requires an authorised club, weather analysis, training, equipment and site permission, while visitors should confirm future events with the resort.
