A park’s visual appeal does not mean that every visitor can use it with equal ease. Before setting out, check the entrance surface, ramps, kerb crossings, resting places, shade and current toilet information on site. For wheelchair users, visitors with pushchairs or anyone who tires during a long walk, a short line on the map may still be demanding. Rather than crossing Flower Park in one sweep, divide it into small loops around views and seats, respecting maintenance boundaries and closed paths. Photographs rarely reveal gradients, crowds or temporary obstructions, so describe accessibility as a condition to reassess that day, not a permanent label. Setting the pace by the group’s slowest member turns the park into a genuinely shared piece of city life.
